Jay has been at ILMC (Infantry Mortar Leader Couse) for the past five weeks. He graduates this Thursday and then will be home (for a little while at least)!! Yeah!!! He's been learning the numbers part of a mortar using mils (like degrees, but much smaller). They have been out once to actually try it all out. Here are a few pictures of what he's been up to.


This last video shows them working on getting the mortar positioned at the right angle... this is where all the math comes into play.
After a long day of class, Jay gets served a five course meal, brought to his hotel room every evening.

Hey Guys! I am glad you think the nursery set it fitting. We love it. I found it while searching different theme ideas on the internet, but we ended up having it shipped to us from Babies-r-us.
